General Terms and Conditions of Business

We are very pleased that you have chosen the Allegra holiday residence in Zuoz, and we would like to thank you very much for your reservation. We are glad to inform you below of our general terms of business and conditions of cancellation which apply to a definite booking.

 

HOTEL AND HOLIDAY APARTMENT

Reservation
The Allegra holiday residence in Zuoz confirms all services booked in writing. The confirmation of reservation sent by us in writing is legally binding.

Advance Payment
We reserve the right to request an advance payment. This will be agreed upon accordingly by the two parties.

Option
A reservation will become null and void after the option has expired, provided we have not received a signed copy of the reservation.

Payment
The bill is to be paid at the latest upon departure. We accept the following methods of payment: cash, Maestro, Postcard, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Conditions of Cancellation
In the event of hindrance or non-use the following applies:

  • 20% of the total amount is due for cancellations 14 to 8 days before arrival
  • 50% of the total amount is due for cancellations 7 to 4 days before arrival
  • 100% of the total amount is due for cancellations 3 days or less before arrival or for non-use

 

SEMINARS

The confirmation in writing sent by us must be signed and returned to us. The reservation will then become valid. We would like to inform you that we will record your credit card information (credit card and security number) in order to guarantee the booking.

Payment
We generally issue an invoice for services which is to be paid within 15 days of receipt. We reserve the right to demand payment of the invoice immediately after the event.
In the event of a reduction in the number of participants of more than 20% compared to the reservation confirmation, the following costs for each absent participant will be invoiced:

  • Up to 11 days before the event, no charge
  • 10 to 3 days before the event, 50% of the agreed services. 2 days or less before the event, 100% of the agreed services

Binding Number of Participants

Please inform us in writing at least 48 hours before arrival of the exact number of participants. This number is binding, and will be invoiced as the minimum number of participants. Should the number of participants increase, please inform us accordingly.
